5. Paid Services and Promotions

Connectlay offers paid advertising and promotion services. By purchasing these services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected services
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that promotional results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Comply with our advertising policies and guidelines

Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy. All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Connectlay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on Connectlay, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and content
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of Connectlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
